Whether its writing for the screen, the stage, prose, or prompts- I love the way narratives and characters inspire and bring us together, and since so many of my favorite stories inspired me to think boundlessly outside the box, I am always challenging myself to write engaging content in new genres and mediums.

  • Logline: Two former high school legends team up on a wild goose chase across Nashville- searching for an engagement ring, a scooter gang, and a way to stop their washed up lives from crashing before the night ends.

  • This feature length screenplay received the University of Alabama’s highest honor, the Holle Award for Excellence in Screenwriting.

Zero Trust Architecture (Play)

  • Logline: No. More. Human. Friends. A new procedure implants permanent, artificially intelligent pets into clients' lives – and with her human best friend moving away, 26-year-old Jo steals a glitchy reject model for herself. Is this mutual destruction?

  • I wrote this one-hour sci-fi dark comedy for Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2024, pitching my story to win an offer from a festival venue and performing for a new daily audience.

  • Logline: Outcast high school siblings try to use an antique party gadget to manipulate a party in their favor, only for it to go horribly awry.

  • This short screenplay received a full grant from the University of Alabama College of Communications and was a Quarterfinalist at the Nashville Film Festival.

  • Logline: A lonely grocery bagger faces delusion, misplaced shopping carts, and a chance at love in the local grocery.

  • This comedic short story was chosen for publication in the award-winning literary journal, Marr’s Field Journal.

  • Logline: An estranged father and daughter try a new prescription to solve their communication woes, and spend 24 fleeting hours speaking the same language.

  • This short story won first place in the University of Alabama Creative Writing Contest in Fiction, judged by novelist Chantel Acevedo.

ENIGMA VARIATIONS (Co-Wrote Episode 8, Upcoming Drama Series on Netflix)

  • I worked in the writer’s room of upcoming Netflix Drama Series ENIGMA VARIATIONS- and was asked by the showrunner to cowrite the finale episode of the series with her.

  • Logline: Based on novel by André Aciman (Call Me By Your Name), the story follows Paul, a bisexual man, whose consuming love and desire shape his life—from adolescence in Italy through adulthood in New England and New York.
